The primary responsibilities include assessing residents' physical and cognitive abilities, designing personalized intervention plans, and conducting activities that foster their daily autonomy and well-being. Work takes place in a welcoming residential environment, coordinated with other center professionals, enabling comprehensive and close care for elderly individuals. Patience, empathy, and strong teamwork skills are required. This is a permanent employment contract with a part-time schedule of sixteen hours per week and flexible working hours.
