An Equal Opportunity Employer. **Job Description** ---------------------------- At TENDAM (a textile-sector company comprising brands such as Cortefiel, women´secret, Springfield, Hoss Intropia, Pedro del Hierro, OOTO, etc.), we aim to incorporate a Franchise Operations Manager into our franchise team. The role’s mission is to lead and coordinate the daily operations of the franchise area, ensuring correct execution of processes, efficient shipment management, and continuous improvement of internal procedures. The primary objective is to guarantee that operations run agilely, orderly, and results-oriented—supporting business needs and contributing to the sustainable growth of the franchise network. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the franchise department’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. * Coordinate and supervise shipment management, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and resolution of incidents. * Analyze, review, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce timelines, and minimize errors. * Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, product, IT, commercial, finance) to ensure integrated and seamless operations. * Identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of new tools, methodologies, or working practices. * Prepare operational reports and KPIs to evaluate departmental performance and support decision-making. * Manage, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented, and service-focused work culture. * Serve as the primary point of contact for franchises, providing operational support and ensuring clear and effective communication. **What We Offer:** Permanent contract. Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday, arrival between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., departure between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.; Friday intensive schedule maintained year-round, with arrival between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., and departure between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Possibility of remote work one day per week.
