Positive work environment and career development plan JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a **Systems Administrator** to join our IT team. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the technological infrastructure of the ***Soluciona Group***, ensuring system availability, security, and proper operation. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the Systems team, providing user support and actively participating in the continuous improvement of the technological infrastructure. ##### **Responsibilities:** * Resolving incidents in IT infrastructures. Designing and monitoring the incident management process, generating reports, and tracking progress. * Tracking hardware and software licenses. Requesting licenses, monitoring (matching active users with licenses), and managing modifications and deactivations. * IT Security: antivirus, patch updates, training, device and connector management, cybersecurity audits, and IT disaster recovery planning. * Monitoring the operation of email systems, web hosting, and domain registration. * Administering and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring appropriate connectivity and performance. * IT asset inventory. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred. * Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, and Active Directory. * Experience with Proxmox virtualization environments. * Proficiency in backup and recovery systems. * Networking knowledge. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents. * 3–5 years of experience in related responsibilities. ##### **What We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:30, Friday 9:00–15:00. * Positive work environment and career development plan. * Flexible Compensation Plan. * Training programs. * 23 days of paid vacation.
