Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service–oriented individual to join our reception team, managing guests, reservations, and incidents in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. If you enjoy interacting with people, seek dynamic work, and value a positive working environment where you can share daily experiences with a close-knit team, this could be your opportunity. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Welcome guests and manage check\-in / check\-out * Manage reservations and handle telephone/email inquiries * Resolve incidents and attend to guest requests * Provide information on hotel services and the city’s tourism offerings * Billing and charge control * Sale of additional services **What are we looking for in you?** * Prior experience in reception and/or training in tourism * English language proficiency (knowledge of other languages is a plus) * Proactive attitude and customer orientation * Strong communication skills * Organizational ability and teamwork capability * Residence within the province **What do we offer?** * Fixed-term intermittent contract (June to October) * Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) * Salary according to collective agreement * Opportunity for continuity in future seasons and professional development * Integration into a stable team with a positive working environment * An environment where you can develop your customer service skills **We especially value** Individuals with energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to become part of a team where every detail matters in shaping the guest experience.
