Symrise – Always Inspiring More... **Your Role** * Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality across all interventions. * Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team: assign tasks, provide technical support, evaluate performance, and foster team skill development. * Plan and schedule electrical maintenance work, ensuring availability of required materials, tools, equipment, and personnel. * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring rapid response to minimize production downtime. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Review and validate technical documentation, including electrical schematics, maintenance procedures, and equipment specifications. * Coordinate with operations, engineering, and other maintenance departments to ensure effective communication and planning. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in upgrades, modifications, or modernization of electrical systems. * Ensure execution of electrical installations, inspections, and commissioning of new equipment to the highest quality standards. * Report any incidents or non-conformities identified during task execution to your supervisor. * Comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as applicable manuals, procedures, instructions, and other documentation. * Perform any other duties related to your professional group as assigned by your superiors. **About You** * University degree in Engineering or Vocational Training in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, with experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing industrial maintenance. * Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel, essential for project planning and tracking. * Prior experience using SAP for maintenance management (at least 1 year). * Basic level of English for technical communication. * Experience in food production and handling processes, or knowledge of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Familiarity with applicable regulations and product attributes. * Ability to manage projects and select suppliers in collaboration with the Procurement Department. * Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D and Eplan for technical design and management. **Our Offer** At Symrise, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and participate in inspiring projects that contribute to the wellbeing of millions of people across more than 160 countries.
