We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in ocular health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of ocular health in the future. **We are seeking a Glaucoma Specialist (based in Barcelona)** We seek a clinical profile focused on training, certification, and ongoing follow-up of surgeons and medical teams to ensure correct, consistent, and consolidated clinical adoption of glaucoma technologies in clinical practice. The position operates in coordination with the Glaucoma Lead and in alignment with the commercial network, serving as the primary clinical reference for centers once training commences. The role requires autonomy in center management, planning capability, and orientation toward clinical excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Delivery of clinical product sessions to customers, coordinated with the Glaucoma Lead and the commercial network. * Clinical training, surgical demonstrations in the operating room, and clinical certification process for ophthalmologists and operating room teams on glaucoma technologies, in compliance with established clinical standards. * In-depth knowledge and mastery of the company’s portfolio, ensuring appropriate use aligned with clinical practice. * Participation in congresses and educational activities. * Ongoing follow-up of certified centers and professionals, monitoring usage, surgeon autonomy, and clinical outcomes. * Identification of needs for additional training and barriers to adoption, proposing action plans. * Contribution of clinical analysis to support continuous improvement and evolution of centers, in collaboration with internal teams. * Planning and management of clinical and educational activities at assigned centers. **Requirements** * Education in Optics and Optometry. * Experience in ophthalmic surgical settings, with exposure to the operating room (experience in glaucoma is desirable). * High and fluent level of English. * Full availability for travel is mandatory.
