What we are looking for * Plan, coordinate, and manage all activities related to occupational risk prevention within the group. * Conduct visits to various construction sites to audit their status (the work itself, documentation, personnel, and machinery). * Coordinate with human resources regarding employee medical examinations and required training. * Carry out investigations into workplace accidents. * Perform workplace risk assessments. * Supervise construction site safety and health plans. * Coordinate on-site activities. * Conduct information and training sessions for staff. * Develop activity sheets. * Qualifications: Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or any other technical qualification qualifying for the position. * Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) with all three specializations. * Professional experience: Minimum of three years working in the construction sector, including at least one year as a safety and health coordinator. * Willingness to travel (essential). * Technical and regulatory knowledge of construction sites. * Knowledge of Cype and Metacontratas software is desirable. * Analytical, meticulous person with problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
