Consideration of additional training related to the duties Nursing staff are required to join an internal temporary hiring list in the field of social services in Ourense. This list will remain valid for one year and will be used when regular hiring lists are exhausted. Applicants must submit their national ID (DNI), a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent, and certify a minimum level of Galician language proficiency (CELGA 4\), a requirement that may be waived under current regulations. Additional merits to be considered include Galician language courses beyond the minimum level, prior experience in the same category within public administrations or private companies, employment contracts from the last five years, an updated employment record, and training related to the duties. The documentation will be evaluated according to the scoring criteria established in the applicable collective agreement.
