We are seeking an **Internal IT Support Technician** to play a key role in migrating corporate devices to Microsoft Intune and continuously improving internal IT services. **Conditions** --------------- * Permanent contract * Location: **Granada** * Work mode: **On-site (100%)** * Working hours: Full-time **Your responsibilities:** --------------- * Provide direct support to the IT team in all tasks related to **device migration to Microsoft Intune**, ensuring milestone and deadline compliance. * Participate in the **hypercare phase following implementation**, resolving incidents and guaranteeing an optimal user experience. * Deliver **second-level technical support** to internal users. * Collaborate on documentation, updating, and improvement of support and administration procedures. * Work with local and international teams to ensure stability and evolution of the technology environment. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and IT process optimization.
