**About the Department**
This internship will take place within the **Subsidiaries Management Iberia** area, responsible for supervising and managing the business and operations of Endesa’s electricity distribution subsidiaries and associated companies.
During the internship, the student will learn how economic and regulatory monitoring of these subsidiaries is conducted, as well as coordination with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, fulfillment of regulatory obligations, and implementation of best practices across the Endesa Group.
**Training Objectives**
During the internship, the student will be able to:
* Learn how to conduct economic monitoring of activities related to subsidiaries, particularly concerning OPEX and CAPEX.
* Become familiar with analytical internal control tools and processes.
* Support the analysis and monitoring of received invoices, understanding their relationship with the area’s economic management.
* Collaborate on support tasks related to procurement logistics, procedures, contracts, systems, payments, and coordination with other departments.
* Participate in preparing the annual regulatory information required by the CNMC, under the guidance of the mentoring team.
* Understand how audits, accounting or regulatory inspections, and related requirements function in the electricity sector.
* Apply economic\-financial, legal, or technical knowledge in a real and supervised business environment.
* Develop analytical skills, information organization, professional communication, and collaborative teamwork.
Mentoring and Monitoring
The intern will be supported by a specialized company tutor who will facilitate integration into the department and progressive learning of planned activities.
Training objectives will be established during the internship, and periodic progress reviews will be conducted. Additionally, feedback will be provided to reinforce the development of both technical and transversal competencies in a real professional environment.
Candidate Profile
**University Degree:**
Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Law, Accounting and Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
**Languages:**
English level B2\.
**Valued Tools and Knowledge:**
Intermediate\-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of or interest in SAP, Power BI, Excel\-SAP automation, artificial intelligence (particularly Microsoft tools), and specific knowledge of the electricity sector will be considered an advantage.
