The position involves preparing dishes, organizing and cleaning the kitchen, as well as direct customer contact (e.g., explaining dishes, assisting with service, or providing friendly, approachable interaction). This is a tranquil environment immersed in nature, where order, quality, and attention to detail take priority over speed or workload volume. * 20 hours per week * 2 days off * 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
