Your goal will be to ensure milestone compliance, optimize new product development, and guarantee that initiatives align with strategic innovation objectives. You will play a key role in structuring, planning, and executing R&D&i projects, interacting with suppliers and technical partners to drive progress and efficiency. Key responsibilities: \- Manage and optimize operational processes within the technical department to ensure efficiency in product development cycles \- Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical project schedules, anticipating risks and proposing solutions \- Act as a liaison between the CTO, engineers, and external collaborators such as technology centers and strategic clients \- Negotiate with key suppliers to ensure competitiveness, availability, and quality within the supply chain \- Support budget planning for projects and operational resources, as well as the preparation of subsidy or R&D funding proposals \- Prepare executive reports on project status, resources, technical progress, and operational bottlenecks ### **Requirements** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar A Master's in Project Management, Technological Innovation, or Technical MBA is desirable Certification in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is valued 3 to 5 years of experience in product development and technical project management in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or advanced machinery Experience in executing publicly or privately funded R&D&i projects Experience in dynamic environments, tech startups, or engineering departments with high innovation pressure Prior experience managing technical or industrial suppliers is valued Proficiency in project planning and management tools (MS Project, Notion, Trello, Jira, or similar) Technical knowledge in combustion engines Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills High-level technical English Location: Granada, with occasional travel. ### **We offer** Permanent employment.
