Actively participate in the growth of a franchise with high potential. **STORE MANAGER** **Ixina Cocinas (Granada)** **Who We Are** Ixina is a leading brand in the design and sale of German kitchens, with over 50 years of industry experience and a global franchise network currently expanding rapidly across Spain. **Job Description** As Store Manager, you will hold ultimate responsibility for daily store operations, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, customer satisfaction, and smooth functioning of both the team and internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** Manage and supervise all store activities (sales, operations, customer service, and administration). Develop, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve performance and growth targets. Analyze key business indicators (KPIs) and propose actions for continuous improvement. Ensure excellence in customer service and customer loyalty. Maintain a well-presented store aligned with brand standards. Prepare periodic performance reports and present action proposals to company management. **Candidate Profile** Proven retail experience, preferably in furniture, interior decoration, or related sectors. Proven experience managing teams and achieving commercial objectives. Education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and operational leadership. **Personal Competencies:** Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
