We are looking for a responsible person to supervise general maintenance tasks. Professional training related to the field, either intermediate or higher level, will be valued. Previous experience in a management or supervision role within maintenance teams would be an important advantage for properly carrying out the duties. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating the personnel in charge, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently for optimal facility operation. The person will also handle resolving any technical incidents that arise, as well as preparing reports on the overall condition of the facility when necessary. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the team, including staff training, issuing work activity reports, and controlling documentation related to team attendance and absences, arranging its submission to the relevant department for processing. Proficiency in office software tools and a valid driver's license are required. Knowledge of risk prevention, quality, and environmental issues is desirable. The working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00.
