




Job Summary: We are seeking a charcuterie professional to serve and advise customers, manage sales and product presentation, and maintain the counter. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of cutting and cleaning tools in accordance with regulations We are looking for a charcuterie professional for a position in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities include customer service and advisory, sale of charcuterie products, and assembly, decoration, and restocking of display units to ensure an attractive presentation. Proper handling of cutting tools and equipment is required, as well as cleaning and disinfection of the counter and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations. The role also includes receiving and storing products, verifying both quality and quantity of deliveries. A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar charcuterie position is required, along with customer service skills and a clear commercial vocation. Passion for the craft will be valued. The contract is temporary for 3 months, with potential conversion to permanent, part-time (30 hours per week), rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday (morning/afternoon). Immediate start is required. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
