The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, management, and retention, as well as business development within the assigned area. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospecting and acquiring new clients. * Managing and monitoring the existing client portfolio. * Presenting products/services and providing technical advice. * Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating. * Coordinating with other departments (design, budget estimation, etc.). * Achieving established commercial targets. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sales professional. * Proficiency in Catalan (spoken and written). * Technical knowledge in interior design, architecture, or design will be valued. * Results-oriented profile with strong communication and negotiation skills. * Organizational ability and autonomy. * Valid driver’s license (desirable). **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Fixed salary + variable bonus based on targets. * Continuous training. * Positive working environment and opportunities for professional development.
