REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a scientific field. * 10 years of professional experience. * 5 years of experience in IT project management or Project Management Offices (PMO). * Certification: PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL. * Experience in at least 3 of the following: * Management of ICT development projects. * Coordination of programs/projects/services. * Team management. * Risk management. * High-level client communication. * Experience with at least 4 of the following tools: * Project planning software. * Risk management tools. * Reporting and dashboards. * Collaborative tools. * Document management systems. * Demonstrable experience in at least 2 of the following areas: * Software project management in complex environments. * Authoring technical and management documentation. * Agile and traditional methodologies. **Desirable:** * Experience in Justice sector projects. * Knowledge of supporting registers and interoperability mechanisms. * Knowledge of intelligent processing models (AI and automation). * Experience with enabling services (electronic signature, signature platforms, CSV, document management). * ITIL v3 certification.
