At Berner Spain, we are looking for a Labor Relations \& Payroll Technician to join our Human Resources Department on a permanent basis.

You will join a professional team, supported by in-house legal expertise, with room to contribute to and optimize processes while gaining visibility across the company.
What will be your mission?
Comprehensive management of the Labor Relations and Payroll area for a workforce of over 500 employees, combining both operational and strategic perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing management
Labor administration (hiring, contract modifications, sick leave, social security, etc.)
Coordination and management of labor legal matters in collaboration with the company’s attorneys
Ongoing labor advisory support for employees and managers
Participation in labor negotiations
Management of labor inspections
Monitoring and updating the Equality Plan
Management of conciliations and labor proceedings
Supervision of compliance with labor regulations
This is a highly autonomous position with cross-functional impact and direct involvement in strategic decisions of the labor area.
What profile are we seeking?
Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or Labor Sciences
Social Graduate qualification is desirable
Proven experience in a similar role (payroll and labor relations management)
Experience in environments with large workforces
English language proficiency is desirable
Willingness to travel occasionally
We seek a rigorous, solution-oriented individual with negotiation skills, sound labor-legal judgment, and a strong internal service orientation.
