Knowledge and application of various customs regimes and clearance models, including general trade, e-commerce, express shipments, and H7 and H1 declarations. Ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timeliness of all information submitted to Customs. Handling customs requirements, requests for additional information, risk alerts, and administrative procedures. Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating customs risks (e.g., tariff classification, customs value, origin, certificates, and regulatory requirements). Reviewing and managing customs documentation: Single Administrative Document (SAD), commercial invoices, packing lists, authorizations, licenses, and other regulatory documents. Supporting internal teams and clients in standardizing customs documentation. Cross-departmental coordination with internal departments and external parties (clients, transportation providers, warehouses, customer service, customs authorities, and other stakeholders). Supporting business teams in resolving incidents, anomalies, or complex customs cases. Requirements Experience with the S4 Customs System would be an advantage. A high level of English proficiency would be an advantage. Proven practical experience in B2B and B2C customs operations. 3–5 years of relevant customs experience in Spain and/or the European Union. Strong knowledge of Spanish and EU customs legislation, procedures, and practices. Prior experience with customs brokerage firms, international logistics companies, freight forwarders, or cross-border e-commerce companies. Familiarity with e-commerce customs clearance, express shipments, and high-volume declaration environments. Experience handling complex or non-standard customs cases. Personal Competencies High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong regulatory compliance orientation. Excellent communication skills and clear customer orientation. Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, high-operational-load environments. Teamwork spirit and analytical skills for problem solving.
