This position involves the planning, coordination, and comprehensive management of projects aimed at improving industrial and production processes. It requires optimizing existing procedures and designing new methodologies to enhance efficiency and final product quality. Close collaboration with various teams is essential to ensure proper project execution. The role also includes rigorous milestone tracking, budgetary control, and preparation of technical documentation and progress reports. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering—or a related field—and have a minimum of two years’ experience managing projects and optimizing processes in industrial settings. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, as well as project management frameworks, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex problems, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in computer-based tools is required. Experience in multinational companies and willingness to work in Palencia will be considered advantageous. Education in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in project management and industrial process optimization. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management (PMBOK). Analytical capability and skills for solving complex problems. Communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in computer tools for project management and technical design. Multinational experience and familiarity with modern industrial sectors are desirable.
