We introduce it to you here in this video: That’s why we count on you as a **Stock Replenishment Coordinator**, responsible for executing in-store merchandise replenishment according to the replenishment model assigned to your store cluster and the work organization defined by your manager. Additionally, you will assume, by delegation from the Store Logistics Leader, coordination of daily in-store replenishment activities, aligned with the pre-planned workload schedule and incoming flow patterns. You will manage backflow and liaise with Department Managers and Section Managers to help minimize it. **Key Responsibilities** Internal Procedures and Safety: * Execute replenishment tasks based on instructions provided by your manager. * Understand product implementations, as well as the methods required for correct shelf-filling and maintaining the store’s visual appearance. * Implement various proposals jointly with the sales team to ensure minimal backflow and visual stock-outs, while maximizing productivity in task execution. **What We Offer?** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, our purpose gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
