Collaborates with the team and adds value through experience and continuous improvement. **Job Description** We seek to hire a Labor Technician to support the management of the company’s labor processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering specialized advisory services in labor law. We are looking for a candidate with technical expertise, knowledge of current labor legislation, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team while adding value both through experience and a mindset of continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Full management of Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications. * Preparation, monitoring, and archiving of employment contracts. * Processing of temporary disability (IT), work-related accidents (AT), maternity/paternity leave, certificates, and official communications with government agencies. * Preparation and review of payroll records. * Calculation and review of Social Security contributions. * Preparation and review of final settlements and severance payments. * Management of labor-related incidents. * Routine use and management of the Contrat@, SILTRA, and DELT@ platforms. * Archiving and control of labor documentation. * Daily operation of the A3 Nom software for labor management. * Internal advisory services regarding labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and labor relations. **Requirements** * Education related to the labor field (Vocational Training or Bachelor’s degree). * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Demonstrable experience in labor processing. * **Mandatory proficiency in A3 Nom software.** * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented individual. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Offer** * Permanent full-time contract. * Job stability and professional development opportunities. * Integration into an established and expanding team. * Compensation: €18,000 gross annual salary. * Positive working environment.
