




At Bora Energía Sostenible, for our Oviedo office, we are seeking an Administrative Customer Service representative to join our Administration team. Key responsibilities include: \- Phone support: Receiving and managing incoming calls from our customers. \- Incident coordination: Supporting sales and forwarding calls as needed. \- Database management: Recording customer interactions and updating the database. \- Handling complaints and claims: Proactively addressing customer concerns and potential issues. \- Performing general administrative and accounting tasks associated with the role. Requirements: \- Previous experience in telephone customer service \- Strong communication skills. \- Proactive individual with a genuine desire to help our customers.
