Job Summary: We are seeking a Director to plan, lead, and supervise services and activities at a residential facility, coordinate departments, and ensure comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring comprehensive care, comfort, and safety for residents We are seeking a Director or Deputy Director for a residential facility in Santisteban del Puerto (Jaén). The appointed person will plan, lead, and supervise all services and activities of the facility, define work objectives, and coordinate various care departments. They will also manage financial and economic resources, conduct annual quality assessments of services, and maintain up-to-date official center documentation. Their responsibilities include ensuring comprehensive care with comfort and safety for all residents. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 365 days, full-time working hours, and a monthly salary of 2\.728 euros. Specialized complementary training in geriatrics, gerontology, and the management and direction of residential care facilities is mandatory, with a minimum of 300 contact hours. The contract remains valid until the position is permanently filled.
