Business Controller (FP&A)

**The Role** We are looking for a **Business Controller** to join our Finance team in Granada, supporting the Group Head of Finance. This role combines controlling and FP\&A responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with strong financial expertise, business acumen, and a passion for driving performance in a SaaS environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver management **reporting** , **KPIs** , and **financial analysis** (SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV). * Support **budgeting** , **forecasting** , and **variance** **analysis** processes. * **Partner with business units** across Europe to improve profitability and **support strategic decisions** . * Build and maintain models and dashboards in **Excel** and **Power BI** to enhance financial visibility. Contribute to special projects such as due diligence, process improvements, and financial tool enhancements. * **Profile** * **3–5 years** of experience in Controlling, FP\&A, or Transaction Services. * Background in **Big Four (Transaction Services / Deal Advisory / Audit)** highly valued. * Strong business acumen with both analytical and strategic capabilities. * SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus. * International or multi\-country exposure. * Excellent skills in **Excel** and **Power BI** (must\-have).
