




GRUPO ROSA CLARÁ is seeking a Sales Advisor to join its Rosa Clará Granada store. **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer service throughout all stages of the process (sales and after-sales). * Drive store sales and help achieve set targets. * Assist in all tasks necessary for the proper operation of the store (order and inventory management, preparation and execution of inventories, coordination with external suppliers, monitoring of alterations and associated fittings, etc.). * Perform all tasks related to the process from sale to order delivery. * Maintain the Visual Standards and Customer Service standards established by the Brand. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Bridal Fashion sector. * Tailoring knowledge and experience in personalized sales management (Boutique) with excellent customer service skills are desirable. * Experience working with performance targets and incentives. * We are looking for proactive, solution-oriented individuals with negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity towards product and fashion. **We Offer:** * Flexible compensation plan. * Access to the Rosa Clará Club Benefits.
