Position Summary: The Rehabilitation Site Manager will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and control of ventilated façade and roofing rehabilitation works, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards. The Téciman team’s distinctive approach is reflected in the work we carry out for our clients. **Job Description:** The Rehabilitation Site Manager (ventilated façade and roofing) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and controlling rehabilitation works for ventilated façades and roofs, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and current health and safety regulations. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company, property owners, the technical director, and on-site teams. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize ventilated façade and roofing rehabilitation works. * Coordinate internal teams and specialized subcontractors. * Monitor correct technical execution of construction systems (anchors, substructures, insulation, waterproofing, terminations, and finishes). * Supervise compliance with the project schedule. * Manage budgeting, measurements, certifications, and cost control. * Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations. * Control material and construction process quality. * Resolve technical incidents during execution. * Coordinate with the technical director and attend site inspections and visits. * Prepare progress reports and monitoring summaries. **Requirements** * Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related degree * 5 years of experience in the described responsibilities **Languages** * B2 level English is preferred **Work Location** * Madrid **What We Offer** * A solid Engineering Services company. * A leading client in the sector with international scope. * Compensation negotiable based on experience. * 6-month project with potential for extension
