The selected candidate will lead continuous improvement in the plant through the development and implementation of process, system, and methodology optimization projects, energizing operational teams and delivering high-quality technical solutions, in accordance with Refresco Iberia and Group policies. Their objective is to increase manufacturing capacity, improve productivity, and ensure plant sustainability, contributing to the achievement of volume, profitability, and per-product margin targets. They provide technical support for operational decision-making and actively participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives related to quality, food safety, environment, and occupational health and safety (OHS). **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the correct application of Lean Management principles and propose new continuous improvement initiatives in the plant. * Monitor and track continuous improvement projects based on KAIZEN, SMED, and other applicable methodologies. * Participate in the implementation of new product or format development projects led by other departments, ensuring their proper integration into the plant. * Track plant objectives, standards, and key performance indicators, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Analyze quality and food safety non-conformities detected in finished products and in-process materials, determining or coordinating root cause analysis. * Analyze material flows, production processes, and raw material and auxiliary material supply circuits, identifying improvement opportunities. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to continuous improvement and develop corrective action plans, tracking them until full implementation. * Proactively support plant decision-making aimed at improving processes and productivity. * Support process and/or technology changes, including validation and evaluation of their impact on the plant’s continuous improvement systems. * Develop, coordinate, or deliver continuous improvement training programs for operational teams. * Collaborate in ensuring proper management and monitoring of quality, environmental, and OHS systems. * Provide continuous improvement technical support across all organizational levels within the plant. **General Responsibilities:** The main tasks described above do not constitute an exhaustive list.
