**GLOVAL**, a company specializing in comprehensive valuation, engineering, consulting, and data analysis services, with over 30 years of experience and a strong commitment to digitalization and new technologies, is selecting in Madrid for its Consulting division a **Senior Technician in Maintenance and Management of Adaptation Works**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Reviewing housing developments to identify construction- and installation-related issues affecting common areas. * Resolving various incidents. * Assigning work to suppliers. * Approving budgets. * Verifying proper completion of works, including from an economic-administrative perspective. * Budgetary monitoring of each asset, reporting to property owners, validating and sending supplier invoices for payment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (Architect or Technical Architect, Engineering). * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience: 5 years in adaptation works management and/or building maintenance. * Responsible and proactive individual, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Prior experience in servicer roles is valued. * English. * Personal vehicle is mandatory. * Willingness to travel. **What defines us?** We firmly believe people are the most important asset.
