Position Summary: An expanding energy group is seeking a cross-functional and international HSE leader to design, deploy, and consolidate the safety, health, and environmental model across its projects. Context An energy group undergoing full-scale European expansion is incorporating a key role to lead safety, health, and environmental matters across its construction and operational projects. The position has a cross-functional and international scope, directly influencing the definition of standards, preventive culture, and regulatory compliance across multiple countries. Role Mission To design, deploy, and consolidate the company’s HSE model, ensuring its proper implementation both in ongoing projects and in new geographical markets. ️ Key Responsibilities Define and implement the corporate-level HSE management system. Supervise field projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards. Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities related to safety. Assess risks and establish preventive measures tailored to each project phase. Coordinate on-site safety and health plans. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Promote training, awareness, and a preventive culture within teams. Supervise environmental aspects: waste, emissions, and regulatory compliance. Manage technical documentation and CAE coordination. Act as the point of contact during audits, with regulatory bodies, and stakeholders. Adapt and align HSE policies across different countries (Europe). Collaborate with international teams in deploying standards. University degree \+ Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention (3 specialties). Proven experience in construction-site environments (mandatory). Track record in HSE functions within construction or industrial sectors. Familiarity with CAE platforms and document management systems. Advanced English proficiency (international environment). Willingness to travel frequently.
