At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching on behalf of our client for **a Junior Logistics Operations Technician**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Coordinate daily activities of assigned Depots. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety policies, and internal regulations. * Analyze operational indicators and promote continuous improvement initiatives. * Provide operational support to local teams. * Coordinate the implementation of new tools, processes, or equipment. * Act as liaison between Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments. * Identify operational needs and propose solutions. * Manage operational documentation and prepare reports. * Participate in internal and external audits. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or related field. * Initial experience in logistics operations, Depot management, or industrial environments. * Knowledge of production processes, logistics flows, or continuous improvement tools. * Organizational skills, ability to coordinate tasks, and collaborate across diverse teams. * Analytical skills and results orientation. * Willingness to travel frequently to assigned Depots nationwide. * Proactive attitude, capacity for learning, and commitment to continuous improvement. **What does the company offer?** * Annual gross salary of €28,000. * Based in Barcelona, with frequent travel to various Depots nationwide. * One day of remote work per week, with potential expansion depending on operational needs. * Flexible working hours. * Internal training plan and initial onboarding support. * Dynamic environment with involvement in operational improvement projects.
