Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance worker to provide support for thermal installations, low-voltage electrical systems, and plumbing in buildings, as well as respond to urgent incidents. Response to urgent incidents We require a maintenance worker to carry out building maintenance tasks in Baeza. Duties include supporting the maintenance of thermal installations (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water), low-voltage electrical installations, and plumbing, as well as responding to any urgent incidents that may arise. It is mandatory to hold a forklift truck and elevated platform operator certificate. The contract is permanent and full-time, with an annual gross salary ranging between EUR 21,500 and EUR 23,000.
