Job responsibilities: * Initial assessment of residents * Administer appropriate nursing care to each resident according to their health status * Establish individualized care plans based on initial assessment and periodic evaluation * Participate in service improvement activities (team meetings, PAIS) * Preparation and administration of prescribed pharmacological treatments to residents * Management of medical appointments and referrals to specialists * Collaboration with the center's physician * Communication with family members to inform them about the resident's health status * Recording incidents occurring during the work shift in the management system * Profile: Previous professional experience and additional training in elderly care are valued Good communication skills Ability to coordinate with the rest of the multidisciplinary team at the center Immediate availability We offer: Initially a temporary contract Minimum requirements: Valid or officially recognized qualification Professional registration
