Prepares resolution proposals for discharge authorizations according to applicable regulations. * Justifies and documents resolution proposals (preparation of reports, etc.). * Is familiar with any other environmental and sector-specific regulations related to the service (management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, chemical or hazardous substance storage requirements, etc.). * Recognizes, for each type of industry and based on its activity, the effects and pollutants discharged into wastewater; identifies potential pollution sources, etc. * Is familiar with basic general principles for treatment and purification, pollution prevention and correction measures, best practices, etc. * Identifies unambiguous discharge points into the sewer network and representative effluent generation points within facilities. * Operates automatic sampling equipment, quality and flow measurement devices, discharge monitoring stations, etc., as well as other measurement and inspection tools (CTV pole, etc.). * Supervises inspection and sampling assistants and manages documentation for discharge files. * Supervises on-site measurements of basic physicochemical parameters and interprets their results. * Knows discharge regulations into the environment and public water domains. * Develops annual discharge control plans. * Supervises the updating of discharge inventories for various industries. * Prepares follow-up reports and indicator reporting. * Manages procurement and suppliers. * Plans activities. * Ensures work execution according to the organization's Occupational Health and Safety management standards. Conducts safety visits and risk assessments. Implements and supervises compliance with H&S protocols and procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS). * Experience in applying municipal discharge control regulations. * Experience in advanced sewer cleaning and CIS trucks. * Proficiency in chemical products storage and management regulations. * Skilled in collaborative tools and Google Workspace environments; also proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word. * Teamwork, versatility, integration, resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. * Experience managing teams and projects; account control and supplier management. **Additional Information** Opportunity to join a leading company in sustainable environmental services and a multidisciplinary team.
