At Nauterra Spain, we are seeking to hire **a Continuous Improvement Technician for our Carballo plant.** **Job Mission:** Collaborate in deploying the Company’s Continuous Improvement Model, actively participating in identifying, developing, and implementing improvements in production processes, thereby contributing to increased efficiency, waste reduction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. **Who are we looking for?:** We seek professionals who view this position as an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of industrial plant operations, lead improvement projects, and progress toward coordination, supervision, or management roles within the organization. For this reason, extensive prior experience is not required; instead, we prioritize a proactive attitude, improvement orientation, and enthusiasm for building a professional career within the food industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives across various plant areas. * Support deployment of Lean and operational excellence tools such as 5S, TPM, visual management, standardization, structured problem-solving, and work method improvement. * Identify improvement opportunities at the shop floor level and collaborate in analyzing production processes. * Participate in projects aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency. * Collaborate in implementing new technologies and industrial digitalization solutions. * Support tracking of process indicators and preparation of performance reports. * Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other support departments. * Collaborate in implementing and monitoring operational standards and best practices. * Participate in training, communication, and awareness activities related to continuous improvement. * Contribute to developing a continuous improvement culture grounded in participation, teamwork, and results orientation. **Skills and Competencies:** Proactivity and initiative, learning ability, results orientation, curiosity, and motivation for continuous improvement. **Required Aptitudes and Knowledge:** * University degree or vocational training in a technical field. * Prior experience, internships, or involvement in projects related to industrial processes or continuous improvement will be valued. * Interest in industry, technology, and process improvement. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Proficient use of computer tools, M365, SQL, programming, etc. **What do we offer?** * Join a dynamic and growing team. * Flexible compensation and a competitive remuneration package. * Life and accident insurance. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the Company.
