We are looking for a person to fill the position of concierge with certain desirable qualities. Having completed compulsory secondary education (ESO) or holding a General Basic Education qualification will be viewed positively. Additionally, it will be an advantage to possess basic computer skills and prior experience in concierge or similar roles. Main responsibilities include monitoring and managing building access, ensuring everything functions properly. You will also be responsible for receiving and handling correspondence. In emergency situations, your role will be crucial in leading evacuations and assisting other residents. The working schedule is 38.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and Friday from 10:00 to 14:00. The contract is permanent, offering job stability.
