Lead and assign tasks among assistants and cooks **We are looking for a Station Chef to join our team at Hotel Yaramar – Fuengirola!** **Location:** Fuengirola (Málaga) **Department:** Kitchen **Main Responsibilities** * **Organize and coordinate** the preparation of your station, ensuring all ingredients, utensils, and tools are ready for service. * **Develop and supervise recipes** following menu cycles, maintaining the highest quality standards and complying with hygiene\-sanitation regulations. * **Lead and assign tasks** among assistants and cooks, ensuring an efficient and orderly workflow. * **Monitor cleaning, storage, and restocking** of products within your work area. * **Verify hygiene\-sanitation records** and ensure compliance. * **Collaborate in receiving and storing** goods, as well as their proper internal restocking. * **Substitute for the Sous Chef** in their absence, assuming overall team coordination. **Requirements** * Culinary training (CFGM/CFGS or equivalent). * Proven experience as a station cook. * Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene\-sanitation regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Commitment to quality, order, and cleanliness. **Conditions** * Full-time position. * Rotating shifts or as required by service needs. * Immediate start. **If you want to join a team passionate about gastronomy, send us your CV and take the next step in your professional career.** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
