Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare attractive and profitable dishes, manage orders, inventory, and implement APPCC regulations. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a cook in Siero (Asturias) to prepare attractive and profitable dishes tailored to each type of customer. Responsibilities include developing recipe cost sheets, managing orders and goods receipt, as well as inventory control. Strict application of APPCC regulations across all tasks is essential. Prior experience in menu creation and menu card development is required. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. The position offers an indefinite-term employment contract, full-time hours on a continuous schedule (morning or afternoon shift), and two consecutive days off per week, with compensation for working on public holidays.
