* Prepare and operate flexographic printing machines for plastics (polyethylene, polypropylene, film, other plastic materials). * Adjust printing plates, anilox rolls, inks, and other necessary auxiliaries for printing. * Set printing parameters: speed, film tension, printing pressure, color registration, etc. * Continuous monitoring and adjustment of color, uniformity, and final print quality. * Perform roll changes, replace stamps or plates, dies, and assemble auxiliary components. * Monitor and carry out basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspection of registration mechanisms, component checks). * Verify production orders, interpret technical specifications, and ensure the final product meets established tolerances. * Identify and resolve production process issues (stains, registration errors, mechanical defects, ink problems, etc.). * Comply with applicable safety, health, and environmental standards (use of PPE, chemical handling procedures, waste management, etc.). * Maintain process records: material consumption, time, parameters, quality, rejects, etc. Job type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
