The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and controlling all activities related to the maintenance and repair of our coach fleet, ensuring that vehicles are always in perfect operational condition and comply with current safety regulations. If you are proactive, committed to cost optimization, highly organized, and strongly dedicated to quality, we invite you to join our team! **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of coaches. \- Control the budget and expenses related to vehicle maintenance. \- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. \- Perform fault diagnostics and coordinate necessary repairs. \- Plan and carry out preventive and periodic inspections (ITV) of the fleet successfully. \- Manage workshop spare parts and materials inventory with maximum efficiency. \- Collaborate with Traffic and Operations managers to coordinate coach availability and scheduling. **Requirements:** \- Technical training in mechanics, automotive engineering, or a related field. \- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. \- Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. \- Driving license category D. \- Residence near the workplace. \- Immediate availability. **What We Offer:** \- Permanent, full-time contract. \- Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and competencies. \- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment alongside a committed professional team. \- Opportunities for professional development and growth.
