Interdisciplinary coordination and management of social resources We are seeking a social worker for our Buendia Altollano residential facility located in the city of León. **What will be your mission?** Plan and organize the center’s social work through appropriate goal setting and rationalization of tasks under the supervision of the center’s management, contributing to improved integration, participation, and social care for our residents while promoting their emotional well-being and strengthening ties with their environment. **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assess each resident’s social, family, and economic situation upon admission. * Prepare and update the social, economic, and family history. * Coordinate and maintain communication with family members and legal guardians. * Facilitate elderly residents’ adaptation to the facility. * Manage social resources and benefits (dependency support, pensions, allowances, etc.). * Mediate conflicts among residents, families, and the facility. * Coordinate interdisciplinary work with other professionals. * Plan and organize community participation activities Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €610.50–€800.00 per month Scheduled Hours: 20 hours per week Benefits: * Professional development support * Christmas food basket * Company events * Company laptop * Mileage reimbursement Work Location: On-site employment
