Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks We are looking for a self-motivated, quick-learning individual to join our production team at the Hellín plant. Main responsibilities will include active participation in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient operations and the expected quality standards. Daily responsibilities will include direct support on the production line, assistance in preparing materials for use, and operation of simple tools and machinery, always following instructions and established procedures. Collaboration in both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for facilities and equipment will also be required. This position offers opportunities for professional growth across different industrial sectors, enabling you to gain experience in multiple fields and contribute to the plant’s daily operations. Candidates demonstrating initiative in proposing new ideas to improve work methods and the ability to operate independently once tasks are mastered will be prioritized. The contract is temporary, with potential conversion to permanent. Compulsory Secondary Education. Motivation, positive attitude, and immediate availability are required. Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics is preferred.
