We seek a junior profile with interest in the **API Management ecosystem**, monitoring, and operational support within a stable technological environment offering professional growth. **Conditions** --------------- * Permanent contract. * Remote work: **100% remote.** * Location: **Spain** **\>\>** Must reside in Spanish territory. * Schedule: **Rotating shifts**, according to service planning. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Management and resolution of **incidents** and N1/N2 level tickets. * Basic **API monitoring** and associated services. * Documentation of incidents, operational procedures, and best practices. * **Support during deployments** and operational tasks under supervision of the senior team. * Alert **monitoring** and escalation when required. * Collaboration with technical teams to ensure service availability.
