Country Spain Province Mengíbar - Jaén Application Deadline 24/11/2025 Category Direct Care **NGO Information** Diaconia **Rating** (1 rating) **info** Response rate: 53.07% **info** **Objective** ------------ * **Position Mission**: Plan and manage accompaniment and leisure activities in the daily lives of individuals within the facilities.* **Functions:** Establish cohabitation routines: help create a positive atmosphere, promote good coexistence and group cohesion within the facility, and ensure compliance with internal center regulations regarding activities, cleanliness, hygiene, care, and maintenance of the center. Accompany individuals in their personal journey and process toward autonomy: Support them in achieving individualized goals by promoting autonomy through knowledge of the environment and available resources, providing individual or group support, and advising on procedures with different public administrations as needed. Organize, plan, and conduct workshops: carry out mandatory and non-mandatory workshops within the SAPIT framework for individuals in the facility, while encouraging social interaction and participation in group, contextualization, and environmental awareness activities. Organize, plan, and conduct leisure activities: create recreational and social spaces for residents of the facility, promote social interaction among individuals, and encourage participation in group activities. Support language learning: conduct study, reading, and/or ELE (Spanish as a Foreign Language) homework assistance sessions at the facility, along with other related activities that may enhance linguistic competencies. Support in housing and job search: accompany facility residents in searching for housing and actively seeking employment, aiming to support transition to the next phase, in coordination with the technical team's reference professionals in each area. Provide emotional support: be available to residents, promoting active listening and emotional support, following Psychological First Aid (PFA) guidelines. Maintain order and safety in the facility: ensure the proper condition of the facility, adherence to cohabitation rules, safety, and well-being of residents, and perform facility maintenance.
