To ensure our facilities remain in optimal condition, we are seeking a **Facility Maintenance Assistant** to contribute to the proper operation and upkeep of our workspaces. **What will be your mission?**: You will join the Maintenance team, supporting the conservation, repair, and improvement of our facilities to guarantee a safe, orderly, and functional work environment—responding promptly to the company’s day-to-day needs. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing general facility maintenance, carrying out periodic inspections and resolving minor breakdowns and incidents across various company areas. * Executing painting and finishing tasks, including touch-ups and minor repairs on walls, structures, common areas, and other surfaces requiring maintenance. * Managing and accompanying external suppliers during on-site work, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures. * Performing basic electrical tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, circuit breakers, and other low-complexity electrical components. * Carrying out DIY and auxiliary maintenance tasks, including assembling furniture, installing shelving units, adjusting doors and locks, and other support tasks related to facilities. **What are we looking for?:** * Vocational training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry. * Prior experience in facility maintenance. * Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage incidents. **Which profile fits best?**: We seek committed, solution-oriented, and proactive individuals who stand out for: * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Proactivity and responsibility in performing duties. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team. * Ability to adapt to diverse tasks and resolve incidents swiftly. **What do we offer?** * Location: Puebla del Caramiñal (A Coruña). * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * Opportunity to join a solid, continuously growing company with an excellent work environment. * Professional training and development within a sector-leading organization in frozen food. * The chance to become part of a team committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality facilities.
