We are seeking an experienced FPGA Engineer to join our engineering team. The selected candidate will play a key role in the design, development, verification, and integration of advanced FPGA-based systems for high-performance applications. **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize FPGA architectures and firmware for high-speed digital systems. * Develop and maintain FPGA designs including high-speed transceivers and high-bandwidth communication interfaces. * Implement and optimize Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms on FPGA platforms. * Perform FPGA simulation, verification, and validation using industry-standard methodologies and tools. * Support hardware bring-up, integration, debugging, and system-level validation. * Develop embedded software components required for FPGA configuration, control, and testing. * Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, test plans, and verification reports. * Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * More than 5 years of professional experience in FPGA design and development. * Demonstrated hands-on experience in: + High-speed transceivers. + High-speed Ethernet technologies, including 25G, 40G, and 100G. + DSP implementation on FPGA platforms. + FPGA simulation, verification, and debugging. + Embedded software development. * Solid understanding of digital hardware design principles and debugging techniques. * Experience with serial communication protocols such as SPI and I²C. * Ability to generate and maintain high-quality technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience developing FPGA designs using VHDL. * Experience with Xilinx/AMD and/or Intel FPGA families and their development tools. * Knowledge of high-speed PCB design considerations and signal integrity. * Experience with Software-Defined Radio (SDR) systems, including FPGA-based signal processing and radio communication architectures. * Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or Bash for automation and testing. * Knowledge of verification methodologies and hardware/software co-design. **Benefits** * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge FPGA and high-speed communication technologies. * Collaborative and highly technical engineering environment. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Continuous training tailored to your needs. * Flexible working hours enabling work-life balance and personal time management. * Flexible Compensation Packages, in-house physiotherapy, catering, and many other benefits. **Equal Opportunity** *At Televés Corporación, we foster an inclusive and diverse environment.
