Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Manufacturing Technician for the technical office of an automotive company, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing components. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and development of mechanical components for the automotive industry. 2. Participation in technical improvements and manufacturing projects. 3. Creation of 2D/3D drawings and material selection. In Guarromán, an automotive sector company requires a mechanical engineer or mechanical manufacturing technician for its technical office department. This is a permanent position with working hours from 7:00 to 15:00 and salary according to the applicable collective agreement. Responsibilities include designing and developing mechanical components, calculating orders, participating in technical improvements, creating 2D and 3D drawings, conducting tests on new designs, interpreting drawings, selecting materials and components, estimating costs and execution times, supporting manufacturing projects, and gathering information. Work is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to the production plant. * Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering and/or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing (or equivalent) * Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience * Additional training in Industrial Design and Product Development is desirable * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities * Software proficiency: SOLID EDGE, AUTOCAD, and OFFICE suite (Excel) * Availability for immediate start
