Crane Operator - Parking Controller

If there is one thing that drives and inspires us at Telpark, it is talent. **Job Mission** Ensure the proper functioning of Jaca’s regulated parking service and the removal of vehicles from public roads when requested by the Local Police, guaranteeing compliance with municipal regulations, appropriate citizen service, and correct operation of equipment and infrastructure associated with the service. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor compliance with regulated parking (ORA) regulations in assigned zones. * Verify correct use of valid parking tickets and detect potential violations. * Issue corresponding infringement notices in accordance with established procedures and current regulations. * Assist and inform citizens about service operation, tariffs, operating hours, and regulated parking regulations. * Monitor proper functioning of ticket vending machines and other equipment associated with the service. * Perform basic maintenance and resolve incidents related to ticket vending machines, reporting malfunctions requiring specialized intervention. * Operate and drive the crane vehicle to remove vehicles from public roads when requested by the Local Police. * Resolve operational incidents arising during service delivery, coordinating as necessary with contract supervisors. * Prepare activity and incident records and reports generated by the service. * Comply with internal procedures regarding quality, safety, occupational risk prevention, and data protection. **Requirements** **Education** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Training related to transport, urban mobility, equipment maintenance, or customer service will be valued. **Experience** * Prior experience in regulated parking services, parking control, urban mobility, or public-facing roles will be valued. * Experience in driving and operating crane vehicles will be valued. **Technical Requirements** * Valid C1 or higher driving license. * Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP). * Basic proficiency in technological tools and mobile devices. * Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and technical incident resolution. **Competencies** * Customer orientation and service vocation. * Responsibility and autonomy. * Incident resolution capability. * Communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability. **Working Conditions** * Contract type: Temporary replacement contract for voluntary leave. * Probationary period: 2 months. * Working schedule: Full-time (100%). * Typical working hours: + Monday to Friday: 10:00–13:30 and 16:00–20:00. + Saturdays: 10:00–13:30. + Sundays and public holidays: Free during blue zone service. * Availability for on-call duties on public holidays and outside regular hours, according to the work calendar coordinated with the service colleague. * Immediate start. **What We Offer** * Join a leading company in urban mobility management. * Stability and continuity in an established service. * Initial training fully covered by the company. * A dynamic work environment with direct contact with citizens.
