Job Summary: We are seeking a social integrator to coordinate actions, supervise support services, and provide personalized assistance to persons with disabilities, while collaborating in the development and evaluation of programs. Collaboration in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of programs A social integrator (male or female) is sought for Martillué (Jaca, Huesca). Main responsibilities include coordinating and implementing intervention plan activities, supervising and applying the support model, providing personalized support to persons with disabilities to facilitate their inclusion and participation in the community, identifying needs, and managing appropriate resources. You will also collaborate with the technical team in developing, monitoring, and evaluating program outcomes. Required qualifications: training in Social Integration, Social Education, Social Work, or related fields; valid driving license category B; and computer skills in Office 365\. Prior experience in disability services and social intervention is valued, as well as training in ACP methodology and socio-laboral integration. A full-time temporary replacement contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Tuesday: 9:00–13:30 and 17:00–20:00, and from Wednesday to Friday: 9:00–16:30\.
