We are seeking someone who not only has exceptional culinary skills but also a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to meeting the standards of our hotel chain. **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently prepare and control all assigned culinary preparations. * Monitor products and inventory, ensuring proper usage and minimizing waste. * Communicate to the supervisor any need for ingredients or materials for assigned preparations. * Comply with the hotel chain's standards and ensure their implementation in all daily activities. * Maintain and keep work facilities and equipment in optimal condition. * Comply with APPCC (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations. * Complete the APPCC records corresponding to their assigned preparations and shift. * Assist in cleaning, garbage collection, and recycling of all waste generated in the kitchen. * Perform checks at the end of each shift to ensure gas is turned off, lights and exhaust fans are switched off, and refrigerators are properly closed. **We Offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * Full-time 40-hour week.
